Located in the centre of this appealing small town, on the road leading to the harbour, The Waterside Restaurant occupies a 19th century building that is full of atmosphere and character. Low ceilings, timber beams, richly coloured carpets and a stone floor in the bar all add to the charm.
The restaurant area seats 40 but there is also a room for private functions which can accommodate a further 45 people. The Waterside Restaurant is run by Pat and Paul, both distinguished chefs and aspiring business partners.
Seafood is the speciality of the house but the MENU also offers a good selection of meat, game and poultry dishes. To accompany your meal, the wine list provides an excellent choice of vintages from all around the world.
The restaurant is disabled friendly, with good wheel chair access and disabled toilet.
